  • All third parties are utilized for the purposes of managing and recording vehicle repairs. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Refund Policy

At Bare Auto Group LLC, dba Bavarian Performance, dba BP Euro, dba BP Moto (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we stand behind our work and aim to provide honest, quality automotive repair services. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled.

1. Diagnostic Fees

Diagnostic and inspection fees are non-refundable, as they cover the time and expertise required to evaluate your vehicle.

2. Repair Services

Labor charges are non-refundable once repair work has begun or been completed.

If you are not satisfied with a repair, please contact us as soon as possible. We will inspect the issue and, if related to our work, make reasonable efforts to correct it.

3. Parts

  • Installed parts are non-refundable once used or installed.
  • Unused or special-order parts may be eligible for a refund or credit, subject to supplier policies and restocking fees.
  • Electrical parts are non-refundable.

4. Canceled or Declined Repairs

If you decline repairs after an estimate is provided, you are responsible only for any diagnostic or inspection fees already performed.

No refunds will be issued for work authorized and then canceled after repairs have started.

If a repair or part is covered under a warranty, refunds are not provided. Warranty issues will be handled through repair or replacement according to the warranty terms.

6. Payment Disputes

Any concerns or disputes must be reported to us directly before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to work with you to resolve issues fairly.


Warranty Policy

Bare Auto Group LLC, dba Bavarian Performance, dba BP Euro, dba BP Moto (“we,” “us,” or “our”) stands behind the quality of our work. This warranty policy outlines coverage for repairs performed by our shop.

1. Warranty Coverage

We offer a 24-month / 24,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first) on parts and labor for repairs performed by Bavarian Performance, unless otherwise stated in writing.

This warranty covers defects in:

  • Parts supplied and installed by our shop
  • Labor performed by our technicians

2. Warranty Conditions

To be eligible for warranty coverage:

  • The vehicle must be serviced and repaired exclusively by Bavarian Performance for the covered repair.
  • The vehicle must be properly maintained according to manufacturer recommendations.
  • The customer must notify us as soon as an issue is noticed and allow us the opportunity to inspect and repair the vehicle.

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear items (including but not limited to brakes, clutches, belts, hoses, filters, and fluids)
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or abuse
  • Repairs required due to lack of maintenance
  • Repairs performed by another shop or individual
  • Pre-existing conditions unrelated to the original repair
  • Electrical components unless otherwise stated
  • Towing, rental vehicles, downtime, or incidental expenses

4. Warranty Repairs

  • Warranty repairs must be performed at Bavarian Performance.
  • No cash refunds are provided under this warranty.
  • Warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part or labor at our discretion.

5. Parts Warranty

Some parts may carry a manufacturer’s warranty that differs from our shop warranty. In such cases, the manufacturer’s warranty will apply.

6. Transferability

This warranty applies only to the original customer and vehicle and is not transferable, unless required by law.

7. Warranty Limitations

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by Bavarian Performance. All other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law.
